Lemuel Andrews, III
Hear Say Chaplain
Reverend Lemuel Raymond Andrews III is an educator, mentor, and community leader with more than 30 years of service in Sarasota and Manatee counties. He is the owner of Andrews Educational Services and has previously served as a Florida Power & Light Service Representative, State College of Florida Men’s Basketball Coach, and educator within the Sarasota County School District.
Reverend Andrews holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida and American College. His career includes extensive work as a College & Career Advisor, Success Coach for the Take Stock in Children Scholarship Program, liaison for the State College of Florida’s College Reach Out Program, and school liaison for the CFES Brilliant Pathways initiative.
A mentor, volunteer, and fundraiser, Reverend Andrews has received local,state, regional, and national honors for his work in developing young people into next generational leaders including being named the Barnes & Noble 2018 National Teacher of the Year.
He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Hear Say and to contribute as the organization’s chaplain, bringing a commitment to service, compassion, and community empowerment.
